We don’t want you to send us material only to find out that we can’t do what you want.  So, prior to sending material to US Custom Tile, you should get approval on an order.  Once you get approval, Customer supplied materials should be sent to:

Inbound shipments must be Prepaid and no Collect or C.O.D. shipments will be accepted.  Once an order is complete, we typically ship via UPS Ground. Freight and other preferred carriers must be scheduled by you. Shipping costs will be invoiced unless Collect shipping is done. UPS shipments to third parties will require a shipper’s account number. Handling is $5 per box and $20 per pallet and will be invoiced.
